Our cutting boards and tools derive their natural look and texture from our exclusive material, Richlite, a paper composite that is non-porous, dishwasher-safe, durable, and easy on knives. This material has been used in commercial kitchens and restaurants for over 75 years, meeting the highest standards of cooks and chefs worldwide.

The Epicurean Gourmet Series cutting boards feature a thicker profile at 3/8 inches. Each board in this series has a "juice groove" on one side to capture liquids and keep countertops clean, and a flat side when the juice groove is not needed. The multi-functional surface won't dull knives, is heat-resistant up to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (allowing hot pans to be placed on it without leaving a brown ring), requires no oiling, and is dishwasher-safe.

Both the top and bottom surfaces of the Epicurean Gourmet Series boards can be used for cutting meat, chopping onions, slicing bread, and more. The natural finish will darken with use. This series is available in 4 sizes and 3 color combinations, including a 19.5-inch by 15-inch cutting board in natural with a slate accent color, featuring a dual-sided cutting surface.

Crafted in the USA from Richlite paper composite material, the Epicurean Gourmet Series boards are lightweight, durable, non-porous, knife-friendly, and easy to maintain. They are temperature-resistant up to 350 degrees Fahrenheit, protecting the countertop and not absorbing odors or harboring bacteria. The integrated juice groove feature on one side captures liquids, and the board can be reversed to a flat food prep side. A built-in hole makes it easy to grab, use, and store.
