Like all our boards, they are dishwasher-safe.

The 29 x 17.5-inch composite cutting board is made using a ½-inch thick composite material, offering a thicker profile and a heavier weight. This board is made in the USA from Richlite paper composite material, a natural material that is lightweight, durable, non-porous, knife-friendly, and easy to maintain. It is temperature-resistant up to 350°F/175°C, protecting your countertop and not absorbing odors or harboring bacteria.

The generous integrated juice groove feature on one side of the board captures liquids, while the other side offers a huge flat cutting surface. These durable boards are NSF certified, allowing for use in commercial kitchens, and they come with a limited lifetime warranty.
