Our cutting boards and tools get their natural look and texture from our exclusive material called Richlite, a paper composite that is non-porous, dishwasher safe, durable, and easy on knives. This material has been used in commercial kitchens and restaurants for over 75 years and meets the highest standards of cooks and chefs worldwide.

The new chef series boards offer a refined form and thicker profile, but keep the same unmatched durability and beauty as our other boards. They feature a generous juice groove on one side and a huge flat cutting surface on the other. This series is made in the USA and is available in 2 sizes to meet all your daily needs. As with all our boards, they are dishwasher safe.

The 23 x 14.5-inch composite cutting board is made using a ½" thick composite material, offering a thicker profile and heavier weight. It is made in the USA from Richlite paper composite material, a natural material that is lightweight, durable, non-porous, knife-friendly, and easy to maintain.

This cutting board is temperature resistant up to 350°F/175°C, protecting your countertop and not absorbing odors or harboring bacteria. The generous integrated juice groove feature on one side captures liquids, while the reverse side offers a huge flat food prep surface.

These durable boards are NSF certified, allowing for use in commercial kitchens, and are dishwasher safe with a limited lifetime warranty.
