The Epicurean Gourmet Series cutting boards feature a thicker profile board, measuring 3/8 inches. Each cutting board in the Gourmet Series has a "juice groove" on one side to capture liquids and keep countertops clean, and a flat side when the juice groove isn't needed. The multi-functional surface won't dull knives, is heat-resistant to 350 degrees Fahrenheit, which means hot pans can be placed on it without leaving a brown ring, requires no oiling, and is dishwasher-safe. Both the top and bottom surfaces may be used for cutting meat, chopping onions, slicing bread, and more, with the natural finish darkening with use. This series is available in 4 sizes and 3 color combinations.

The 19.5" x 14.5" cutting board with non-slip feet and a juice groove in the nutmeg color features a modified natural material that is lightweight, durable, non-porous, knife-friendly, and easy to maintain. The non-slip feet in the corners and the generous juice groove help to catch juices and protect the countertop. Made in the USA of U.S. and Imported Parts, the cutting board is temperature-resistant up to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius) and is dishwasher-safe.
